The Stress Of Monday

The Stress of Monday Morning. Mondays can be a drag. The start of the workweek is typically jam-packed with emails, to-dos, and meetings. And if you’re like most people, injecting a little bit of stress into your mornings only heightens your anxiety for the rest of the day. But what if Monday mornings didn’t have to be so stressful? Check out these tips for reducing Monday morning stress.

Do you dread Monday? Do you dread the stress of Monday morning so much that on Sunday night you are worried about it already?

Do not worry you are not alone!

Some feel anxious about things that have not even happened yet and won’t happen usually anyway.

Some of us feel anxious about things that we have no control over and in fact things that we have to do in the future.

Some even suffer physical pain in their chests and headaches from the stress of Monday and that is perfectly normal and if they didn’t nothing would be done and it could be even worse.

The Stress Of Monday

I am not saying you should not be worried about work, life and whatever the week holds for you, but what I am saying is that it is normal, you are not unusual, you are not “different” or “weird”.
Life is hard for many around the world, some people are starving, homeless, have no idea where their next meal is coming from or how they are going to afford to go to the dentist or to afford that trip to see their kids at the weekend.

For the people who are trying to make ends meet, keeping an eye on cash flow is tough, especially when they are trying to make sure everyone in their small business gets paid, they are trying to hang on to the new clients for the longer term, they cost them a huge amount of money to obtain.

The way I look at stress is that it keeps us sharp and focused on making things happen and doing the right things. Even so, reducing it is good to stop us from being in panic mode and there are many things you can do to manage it.
